OUR PROCESS

  • Every project begins with a phone conversation to discuss your space, goals, timeline, and budget. If it feels like a good fit, we schedule an in-home consultation.

  • We walk through the space, discuss how you live, and explore what you love (and don’t love). We gather inspiration and define the vision.

  • Our team takes detailed measurements and develops floor plans. We meet again to review layouts and refine preferences — colors, fabrics, textures, and patterns.

  • We present two curated design schemes, thoughtfully tailored to your space. This stage is collaborative — the more feedback and inspiration you share, the stronger the result.

    Jen is known for gently pushing clients beyond their comfort zones while still working within their overarching design goals — helping them feel excited, not intimidated, by design choices.

  • Once the design is finalized, we prepare detailed proposals and manage all purchasing. We work closely with trusted local vendors and custom workrooms for upholstery, window treatments, rugs, wallpaper, and more.

  • We coordinate delivery and installation of all furnishings and custom pieces. Clients can expect a steady, seamless transformation — and a home that feels curated and complete.
